Rizwan is a Chartered Accountant and member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and National Tax Association of Australia (NTAA).
Outside of the business, Rizwan is a keen supporter of local sport and enjoys spending time with his young family.

Robin has been with the firm since its early days, working across both the operational and client-facing sides of the business. From ensuring smooth internal processes to handling complex technical tax queries, he is involved in a wide variety of work that keeps the firm running efficiently and clients well looked after.

Robin enjoys the hands-on nature of his role, from supporting small businesses to navigating tax and accounting matters that have practical relevance to everyday life.
Robin studied Applied Finance and Economics at Macquarie University before transitioning to accounting and is completing his Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Economics and is a member of the Tax Institute of Australia.
Outside of work, you’ll find Robin at his local climbing gym or tackling iconic cliffs and hiking trails in the Blue Mountains. He also enjoys knitting for friends.

Kate holds a Master of Economics majoring in Finance, Accounting, Planning and Statistics. She is a CPA member.
Outside of work, Kate loves sailing and competing in races as a crew member, as well as hiking. She also puts her financial skills to good use as Treasurer for a large Strata Owners Corporation.

Angelo also has a keen eye for improving internal systems and procedures.
Angelo holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. He began his career as an internal auditor for a large car dealership before spending nine years at another chartered accounting firm in a senior role, prior to joining the Acceler Advisory team.
Outside of work, Angelo enjoys spending time with his family, afternoon walks in the park with his wife and kids, regular basketball games, and tending to his growing collection of plants. He’s also a keen gamer in his downtime.

With over 11 years of experience, Naila has developed broad knowledge across bookkeeping, payroll, BAS, tax and client accounting for a wide range of industries. She is proficient in Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks.
Naila holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Diploma of Accounting.

She enjoys simplifying the complexities of SMSFs and helping clients feel more confident in their financial decisions, as well as the continuous learning that comes with an evolving regulatory environment.
Mercy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is a CPA member. She has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and other corporate organisations where she held roles across accounting, auditing and financial planning.
Outside of work, Mercy enjoys running and spending time with her children, supporting their activities including taekwondo and music lessons.

He coaches clients through complex financial choices and designs tailored strategies that align their money with the lifestyle they want to create. He has a particular interest in advising small business owners, helping them improve both the profitability and enjoyment of their businesses.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Diploma of Financial Planning, and is a member of the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA).
Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping fit and active, travelling and reading. He makes sure to get his 10,000 steps in each day.

She supports the business by implementing systems, coordinating projects, managing compliance documentation and improving internal processes, ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Brielle brings experience from Pitcher Partners, where she provided high-level administrative support to accounting and advisory teams, coordinated client documentation and supported partners with operational requirements. She has additional experience in corporate administration and operations roles across professional services environments.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Brielle at Pilates, in a dance class, or quite literally hanging in the air. She’s recently taken up Lyra (aerial hoop), which has quickly become her newest challenge. She’s equally happy at home with her husband and their four cats, proudly supporting the Parramatta Eels, with the BBQ on and good food on the table.
